Each file listed below represents a ProPairs data set. The files are human-readable flat-file tables with each row containing information about one detected interface and one corresponding unbound structure. Since multiple unbound structures can be assigned to same interface, the total number of entries in the comprehensive set is larger than the total numer of its interfaces.
